To ensure your glasses fit perfectly. Start by seeing how big a pair of old glasses are that you own. Pay attention to the lens width, bridge width, and temple length to find a similar fit. 

If your glasses wiggle side to side on your nose, your bridge is too big and you will need a smaller bridge.

If your temples do not hit the side of your head right before your ears, the width of your glasses are too big and you need a smaller size. - If they squeeze the side of your head, then you will need a larger width. 

Temples (arms of the glasses) can vary on length. Most important thing is to make sure they are long enough, again check an old pair of glasses you have and see where the temple sits. If they are long, have no fear, we can adjust them to the perfect length!
